  • Contact details: name, company name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number.
  • Shipment and service details: origin and destination, cargo type and description, volumes, preferred dates, service requirements and any messages you send.

  • Billing information: invoice and payment records. We do not store card details on this website.
  • Communications: emails, calls, WhatsApp messages and blog comments you send us.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring website and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 9).
  • Security data: information our security and content delivery provider (Cloudflare) uses to detect abuse and keep the site available.

Information from others

We may receive information about you from shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, customs and port authorities, or the person who booked a shipment on your behalf, where this is needed to deliver the service.

03How we use your data and our legal basis

Customs declarations, regulatory filings, tax and record keepingCompliance with a legal obligation
Invoicing, payment collection and handling claims or disputesContract and legitimate interests

Sending newsletters, updates and offersConsent, which you can withdraw at any time

We do not use your personal data for decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

04Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed for the purposes above, with:

  • Logistics partners: shipping lines, airlines, haulage companies, warehouses, terminal operators and our overseas agents and network partners.
  • Authorities: the Nigeria Customs Service, port and aviation authorities, regulators and law enforcement where required by law.
  • Service providers who process data on our behalf under contract, such as website hosting, content delivery and security, email and customer relationship tools, form processing and analytics (including Google Analytics).
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers, auditors and insurers.
  • A buyer or successor if our business is reorganised, merged or sold.

05International transfers

Freight forwarding is international by nature, so some personal data is transferred outside Nigeria, for example to carriers and agents at origin or destination, or to service providers whose servers are abroad. Where we do this, we rely on the transfer grounds allowed under the NDPA, such as the transfer being necessary to perform your contract, adequate protection in the receiving country, or appropriate contractual safeguards.

06How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and quotations that do not become a booking: up to 24 months, then deleted.
  • Shipment, customs and financial records: for as long as required by Nigerian customs, tax and company law, and for the period in which legal claims could be made.
  • Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or ask us to stop.
  • Analytics data: according to the retention settings of our analytics provider.

07How we protect it

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, restricted staff access on a need-to-know basis, and contracts that require our service providers to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive information through open web forms; our team will advise on secure channels where needed.

If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to put your rights at risk, we will notify the NDPC and, where required, you, within the time limits set by law.

08Your rights

Under the NDPA you have the right to:

  • be informed about how your data is used;
  • access a copy of your personal data;
  • have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
  • have your data deleted where there is no lawful reason to keep it;
  • restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with the subject "Data Protection Request". We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the period required by law.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
